OUR FURNITURE FACTORY
The high quality of production depends on knowledge and experience. We achieve it with professionalism in selecting materials properly, mixing colours and decors, fitting ornamental ironmongery. Following our customers’ requirements and the new trends in the field are our top priorities. We are keen on client service, paying attention to each customer individually. Engineering and manufacturing valuable furniture is related to compliance with certain European and national guidelines. The materials we use are certified to meet EU standards.
What materials are we using?
The most widely used main building material for furniture is melamine faced chipboard (MFC) plates. They come with the surface finish (mat or glossy) already applied by the manufaturer, which helps decrease the cost of our end product. The constant perfecting of the technologies and the competition between chipboard producers improves the quality of the materials. The finishes get more and more diverse, effective and durable. Almost all chipboard plates are now highly resistant to household cleaning products and physical wear. The great variety of decors – monochrome, wood, fantasy – satisfies even the hardest to please clients.
For higher class furniture, facing parts like doors and drawer fronts are made of solid wood – oak, beech or walnut, for example – or of middle density fiberboard (MDF) plates, covered with a thin sheet of natural wood veneer. They are stained and then mat- or glossy lacquered, depending on the buyers preference. If you fancy luxury monochrome furniture, we take MDF, which we paint mat, glossy or with a pearl effect. There are more than 3000 RAL colours to choose from, and it is possible to make numerous combinations. For those who prefer classic style furniture, MDF can be milled in diverse patterns and can be given aged look, using a special technique. This kind of furniture brings warmth and cosiness in today’s hectic life.
Worktops and wall panels can be wooden, heat resistant or natural or artificial stone. We work with miscellaneous supplementary materials like aluminum, glass, opaque or transparent plexi, L.E.D. lighting. We use fittings and hardware by prominent German, Austrian, Italian and Spanish brands.
